Drew Holtzman, President

Drew has spent his entire professional career based in the Virginia construction marketspace in roles spanning both construction and banking. He brings a wealth of cross-functional experience in: site project management, owner’s representative agent, business development and business leadership, as well as banking client development. 

He received his Bachelor’s degree and Master of Science degree from Virginia Tech, specializing in Construction Management.  He is a long-term member of the construction community since 1989, including regional construction and real estate leadership posts as Past President of the AGC of Virginia - Tidewater District, two-time board member of the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE), and Past President of the Richmond Real Estate Group.

Caroline Holtzman, business manager

Caroline brings over 20 years of commercial business experience to Holtzman Solutions including sales and marketing leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies DuPont and Honeywell International. Raised in the Richmond area, Caroline has both a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech.
